I’ve got around 100 2007 albums in a playlist now, on shuffle play. I figure I’ll use that to narrow down (and it’s already worked a bit: the new High On Fire was a little weak; not a big fan of Exodus’ new singer, so that’s off the list, despite the band still being tight; also: fuck the new Eagles album…The Dude knew how they’d end up, man. However, I liked tracks from the new Gus Gus and the new Robert Hazard record so far), and, again, catch up on everything I missed this year, to the degree that I’m able to (still need to track down Wire’s “Read & Burn 03″, might pick it up somewhere this weekend or something). I’ll let you all know what I think, because I know that the three of you who read this REALLY care. =)

…one being a general life update thing, and another being a “best music of 2007″ thing, but the muse hasn’t hit me on either, and I’m also WAY behind on my 2007 listening, so it’ll have to wait a while longer. Soon, ideally.
